Sometimes, our system can interpret a one-time payment as a subscription. This means that you might have a provider on your overview that is not, in fact, a subscription.
This will automatically be deleted from your overview when the system has learned that the transaction is not related to a subscription, but you can also remove it yourself by:
- Click on the subscription you want to delete
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Remove from the overview"
(Note: If you remove a subscription from your overview, it does not mean that we will cancel your subscription. If you delete a subscription manually it will only be removed from your overview.)
Another reason you may not recognize a subscription is because it may belong to a person you have a joint account with. Today, our system presents subscriptions from all accounts that have been shared with us. If any of those are joint accounts, then you may also see subscriptions that family members are paying for.
