How does a cancellation work?

When you ask us to cancel your subscription, we contact your service provider and ask them to cancel your subscription on your behalf. They use the details you provide to locate and cancel your subscription

In some cases, it may not be possible to cancel your subscription. This could happen when the provider cannot locate your account or  if you have binding time left on your contract.
