To cancel a subscription that did not automatically appear on your overview with us:
- Navigate to the bottom of the Overview and Press “Missing something?”
- Search for the service providers name
- Fill in how much you pay and press “Add”
- Then you see the service provider on your overview.
Then submit your cancellation as follows:
- Select the subscription on your overview, then on “Cancel the contract”
- Fill in the information requested
- Finally, submit the cancellation request and we’ll send it on to the service provider
- We’ll notify you as soon as the provider has confirmed
