If you have a long binding period remaining for your subscription, the cancellation will not go through and we will notify you via the application.
If, on the other hand, you have a shorter binding period (e.g. less than 3 months), the cancellation can be registered now, but will be cancelled when your binding period expires.
You can’t cancel a subscription during the ongoing binding period with a final invoice here through us, then you must contact the service provider directly.
